The division is responsible for arranging the attendance of diplomatic and consular corps at ceremonial and state occasions and managing the formal accreditation procedures for the appointment of Ambassadors and High Commissioners to the Cook Islands. It coordinates with other line Ministries and offices the programmes for Government Visitors and other official visitors to the Cook Islands.
