Description:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration (MFAI) ) - Te Kauono Tutara e te Mana Tiaki is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Director – Capability and Service Delivery (CSD).
The purpose of the Director role is to lead and drive an effective CSD Team while providing support to the Ministry and Diplomatic Missions abroad.
Key areas of responsibilities include: MFAI Finance, Human Resources (HR), Information and
Communication Technology, MFAI Protocol, and Diplomatic Missions abroad. The Director and CSD
team are also responsible for delivering key outputs aligned to the Ministry’s overall goals.

Position: Pacific and Regional Affairs Division- Smaller Island States (SIS) Officer
Description:
The purpose of this role is to assist in advising Government, the public service and other stakeholders as appropriate on Smaller Island States affairs. As a Smaller Islands States Officer, you will assist in formulating recommendations to protect and promote the Cook Island's interests in its dealings with international partners and provide timely, high-quality policy advice to Government.
Key responsibilities of this role are relationship management and coordination, representation and negotiation, and the effective facilitation and implementation of the SIS work programme.
