Our Structure
The Ministry of Foreign Affair s and Immigration is responsible to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration.           

The Minister of Foreign Affairs is Hon. Robert Wigmore.

The Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Immigration is Mr Michael Mitchell.

Prior to assuming his role as Secretary in 2008, Mr Mitchell served as Solicitor General for the Cook Islands.
Mr Mitchell has had extensive experience working as a lawyer both in the private and public sector in the Cook Islands as well as regionally and internationally.
